algunas cajas llegaron rotas faltaron aproximadamente 300 piezas y el proveedor no quiso hacerse responsable , lo peor de la situación es que pregunto 1000 veces cada cosa, me hizo hacer contar una y otra vez, por una semana estar tratando de llegar a un arreglo y el solo estaba haciéndome perder mi tiempo burlándose de lo sucedido . me enoja las personas que jugan con tu tiempo y te hacen perder dinero

dear buyer, 1 you complaint you wait too long for delivery, but it's you who selected this cheapeast shipping way; 2 you told us only 1 box broken when arrived, but the styles missing (you said) are packed in different boxes according to packing list; 3 from Alibaba shipping record, all 4 boxes are full weight and sealed when delivery paid...so we're not sure what happened, and we asked if possible that you check EXCEL file by phone and mix styles, because you also told us you received more for some style. We asked if possible someone open the box before you, and we're willing to offer discount in future to cover your possible lost, although we have no idea what happened here... you kept saying we're playing, you want refund and if not, you leave bad words here...The missing items cost only about $100, even less than what we pay for our shop everyday.
